About Me

I am a computational biologist with 15+ years of experience across genomics, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.

I work with biotech teams to turn complex scientific questions into scalable technical solutions — building bioinformatics workflows, AI systems, and cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and HPC environments. My focus is on robust, automated pipelines that accelerate discovery and support better patient outcomes.

My work has contributed to clinical screening for thousands of breast and ovarian cancer patients and has supported more than 20 biotech and research organizations with reliable tools and workflows.

I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford, followed by a postdoctoral position at the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics, consulting for the Institute of Cancer Research in London, and seven years as Senior Scientist and IT Director at The Bioinformatics CRO.
