About Me

I have 15+ years of experience at the intersection of computational biology, genomics, machine learning and cloud infrastructure.

I help biotech companies turn complex scientific problems into technical solutions, creating scalable bioinformatics pipelines, AI workflows, and cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP and high-performance computing environments. I'm passionate about building robust, automated platforms that accelerate discovery and improve patient outcomes.

My work has supported clinical screening of thousands of breast and ovarian cancer patients and empowered over 20 biotech and research clients with reliable tools and pipelines to address real-world scientific challenges.

Following a postdoctoral position at the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics in Oxford and a consulting role with the Institute of Cancer Research in London, I spent 7 years as IT Director and Senior Scientist at The Bioinformatics CRO. I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford.
